The BACTIVATOR® is an automatic on-site incubator, which continuously preactivates and optimizes physiological condition of ECOPROBIOTICS®, prior to its continuous addition to the wastewater.

Following models are available :

BACTIVATOR®Ⓓ LS - for grease and sludge reduction, control of causes of odors and enhanced BOD removal in sewers, lift stations and small wastewater treatment plants
BACTIVATOR®Ⓓ LSN - for nitrification (ammonia removal) and denitrification
BACTIVATOR®Ⓓ H - for biodegradation of phenols, other hydrocarbons and organic refractory compounds.

The BACTIVATOR®Ⓓ LS is used for automatic continuous pre activation, growth, and addition of beneficial bacteria cultures, Bacta-Pur® XLG. The improved design of BACTIVATOR®Ⓓ LS, Series 4 features the user friendly bag-in-box Bacta-Pur® XLG-KIT that could be quickly and easily connected to the BACTIVATOR®Ⓓ to serve as products supply reservoir. The bag-in-box packaging preserve product quality for long periods before and after opening.

BACTIVATOR®Ⓓ LS series 4 requires the Bacta-Pur® XLG-KIT in bag-in-box packaging for operation. The BACTIVATOR®Ⓓ model & number of KITs needed for operation depends on the product use rate adjustment which is established based on the average wastewater flow rate. See the table for sizing.

The BACTIVATOR®Ⓓ LSN models are used for continuous pre activation, growth and addition of Bacta-Pur® N3000, the beneficial nitrifying/denitrifying culture. These models require the Bacta-Pur® N-KIT (24L) for operation. The small model BACTIVATOR®Ⓓ LSN500 has the maximum capacity of 500 mL/day of Bacta-Pur® N-KIT, while BACTIVATOR®Ⓓ LSN1000 model is having capacity of 1000 mL/day.

The BACTIVATOR®Ⓓ H is designed for continuous pre conditioning, growth and addition of Bacta-Pur® H2000 including community of the beneficial bacteria capable to adapt to biodegrade specific organic compounds, such as phenols, PAH, other hydricarbons and organic refractory pollutants. This model requires the Bacta-Pur® H-KIT (24L) for operation.
